S.D. College of Engineering and Technology, Muzaffarnagar organized a Fresher’s party FUSION-2022on 10thDecember 2022 to welcome the new faces of 2022.This function was organized with the aim to provide an atmosphere of complete intimacy and cooperation between newcomers and senior students. Every fresher may feel as an integral part of SDCET family.
The program began with lamp lighting ceremony and prayers to Goddess Saraswati, as is customary at our institute. The event was graced by Executive Director, Director / Principal, various Hod’s, and all faculty members.
With pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot tapping music, the party begins with a blast. It is a fun filled event at which the freshers get an opportunity not only to showcase their talents but to interact with the seniors also. The event is graced with various live performances of singing, dancing and fashion show by the students.
Director / Principal of the institute of Prof. (Dr.)Praveen Pandey welcomed all the newcomer students and congratulated to the senior students for proper direction and adoption of newcomer students and making the campus ragging free. He welcomed the first-year students for being SDCETian of the institution. In his addressing, he said that the alumnus of the institute is excellent not only in technical educations but also in sports and other areas. He inspirednew students to scroll new ideas and be punctual in their academia. He also thanked all the people directly and indirectly connected to the program for making the program successful.
