S.D. College of Engineering and Technology, Muzaffarnagar organized a Fresher’s party FUSION-2022on 10thDecember 2022 to welcome the new faces of 2022.This function was organized with the aim to provide an atmosphere of complete intimacy and cooperation between newcomers and senior students. Every fresher may feel as an integral part of SDCET family. The program began with lamp lighting ceremony and prayers to Goddess Sarasvati, as is customary at our institute. The event was graced by Executive Director, Director / Principal, various Hod’s, and all faculty members. With pulsating ambience, flashing lights and foot tapping music, the party begins with a blast. It is a fun filled event at which the freshers get an opportunity not only to showcase their talents but to interact with the seniors also. The event is graced with various live performances of singing, dancing and fashion show by the students.

The Dandiya & Garba Competition was a vibrant celebration of culture, rhythm, and community spirit. Dressed in colorful traditional attire, participants lit up the stage with their energetic moves and graceful formations. The beats of the dhol and traditional Garba music created an electric atmosphere, bringing everyone together in joyous harmony. From elegant twirls to rhythmic claps, the competition showcased incredible talent, enthusiasm, and a deep love for the rich heritage of Navratri. It was more than just a contest — it was a night full of dance, tradition, and unforgettable memories.
